The Dive That Started It All

My first skydive! This was in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Damien was my instructor. Turns out that he is originally a farm boy from Kansas City who fell in love with skydiving at age 18. He worked his way up to be a tandem instructor and private pilot. So basically, he's a badass! Four years after this dive I began my own skydiving journey in Kansas City...(small world) :)

Jonathon's landings are enviable. He excels at canopy work and landing. Me? Not so much. I nail the body control in free fall and say my prayers coming in for my landings!
