Collective Curl's Return Policy

Please view our return terms listed below.

We are happy to offer our shoppers thirty (30) days from the original purchase date to return any item if the below requirements are met.

  • New, unused products may be returned for credit to your account, at the original purchase price within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

  • All product returns must be free of any alterations, markings, cracks, damage, smudges, box damage, etc.

  • Clearance items, discontinued items, seasonal/boxed sets, discontinued packaging, and special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Defective products may be returned for credit to your account, at the original purchase price within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
