How do I get in touch with Collective Curl?

I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.  All correspondence is done through email.

How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are made through online booking.  Clients who would prefer to book a different way can also email me to receive further assistance, once again please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Where is Collective Curl located?

Collective Curl is located in Downtown Sioux Falls, SD on the 2nd floor of the Historic 8th & Railroad Building.  Please view the link for all parking and location info. For added assistance, I've included some helpful pictures here to familiarize yourself with the area.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Collective Curl utilizes Square POS System and accepts all major Credit Cards for payment of services and products.  Please note that tipping is never expected, however, it is appreciated. Should you want to leave a tip it can be done through the Venmo App or with cash.

What are your salon policies?

All appoinments are required to be secured with an active credit/debit card at the time of booking, so please use my online booking link.  (*Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking and you can rest assured that it is kept secure and encrypted by Square.   *Please note that in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the card on file may be charged 50% of the booked service's original amount.

Are products available for purchase at Collective Curl?

At Collective Curl, I believe in a truly personalized experience, therefore, I send your personalized product recommendations through email after our appointment.  Included in this email will be a link to my online store, where the desired products can be purchased and shipped directly to your home or the address of your choosing.

What should I expect when visiting the studio for the first time?

It's important to note that Collective Curl is a salon suite and shares it's waiting area and other common areas with other salon suite owners. 

 

Upon arrival, please have a seat in our waiting area, and I will be out to asap to get you.   At this time, we do not have a receptionist at the front desk.  

I'm new to Collective Curl and am interested in the "Curly Cut" what service should I choose?

Welcome! So happy to see new faces in the studio!  To answer the question,  Collective Curl requires that all new clients wanting a curly cut book the "Curly Hair Success Experience".  This ensures enough time for me to fuly educate, answer any questions, tackle any specific styling issues you are having and do an amazing curly cut so you can leave the salon with the best start for your curls.

Please allow yourself an extra 15 minutes to navigate the downtown area, once you locate 8th & Railroad Center, park in the west lot to take advantage of free parking:)
